These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales contracts concluded through the website shakeshotapp.com between The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ (the Seller) and customers (Buyers). Submitting an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. Identity of the Seller

2. Products and prices

Prices on the website are in Euro and include VAT where applicable. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price applied is the one displayed at the moment the order is submitted.

3. Order process

The Buyer places an order by completing the form on the website. The order is confirmed by phone within 24 working hours by one of our operators. Phone confirmation is an integral part of the purchase process.

4. Payment — Cash On Delivery

Payment is made in cash upon delivery of the product (COD). The Buyer pays the courier directly the full order amount when the package is received. No advance payment is required.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within 24-48 working hours after telephone confirmation of the order. Shipping is free across all served European countries. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure events.

6. Right of withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, and pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product, without giving any reason. 7. Legal warranty of conformity

For orders delivered within the European Union, products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity available to consumers under applicable EU consumer protection law. The warranty covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.

8. Limitation of liability

The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products, modifications made by the Buyer, or failure to follow the instructions for use. The Seller's liability is in any case limited to the order amount.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Consumers benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of their country of residence. For all other matters, these terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Seller's place of registration.
