Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days to return a product if you are not satisfied, with a full refund of the amount paid.

1. Right of withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Consumer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract. The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ voluntarily extends this period to 30 days.

2. How to request a refund

To start the return process, contact us within 30 days of delivery by writing to info@shakeshotapp.com . Please include:

  • Order number found in your confirmation
  • Product to return
  • Reason for return, optional but helpful for improving our service
  • Bank details for the refund

We will send you detailed return instructions within 24 hours.

3. Product condition

The product must be returned:

  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, batteries, charger and manual
  • In undamaged condition

Normal signs of inspection are accepted. The right of withdrawal allows you to examine the item as you would in a physical store.

4. Return shipping costs

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except in the following cases where The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ also covers the return shipping costs:

  • Defective product upon receipt
  • Product not matching the order due to a shipping error
  • Product damaged during transport

5. Refund timeline

The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, by bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer. The refund covers the full amount paid, excluding any return shipping costs borne by the customer.

6. Defective product

In case of a defective or non-conforming product, you have the right, at your choice, to:

  • Free replacement with an identical working product
  • Full refund of the amount paid

For orders delivered within the European Union, the legal warranty of conformity covers products for 24 months from delivery, as available to consumers under applicable EU consumer protection law.

7. Items not eligible for return

By law, certain products are not covered by the right of withdrawal, including personalized items, products sealed for hygiene reasons once opened, and unsealed software or digital content. These cases do not apply to most of our products, but they will be flagged explicitly on the product page if relevant.

8. Simplified procedure

  1. Email info@shakeshotapp.com within 30 days
  2. Receive the return instructions
  3. Send the product to our warehouse
  4. We receive the package and verify its condition
  5. We process the refund within 14 days
